EARLY VOTING BALLOTS CANNOT BE REQUESTED BY TELEPHONE OR BY EMAIL

You must request an early voting (absentee) ballot in writing. You may mail the request to our office, request the ballot in person at the Election Commission Office, or you may fax the request. The fax number is 402.444.4181.

Early Voting Ballot by Mail
Any registered voter may vote an early voting (absentee) ballot instead of voting at their polling place. The voter must mail or fax an application to the Election Commission.

Early Voting Ballot by Agent
An early voting (absentee) ballot may be picked up and/or delivered by an agent. The agent must come to the Election Commission office.

Early Voting in Person
Any registered voter may vote in person prior to Election Day. A voter may vote in person at the Election Commission office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.
